There’s nothing like some good Chinese dumplings, especially when those dumplings are made to look like mini Pac-Men (complete with little edible eyeballs and a delightful pastel hue). Well, at the high-end Chinese-American dim sum house, RedFarm, every video gamer/foodie’s dreams can come true with their Pac Man Shrimp Dumplings appetizer served with a deep fried sweet potato.

Not only does RedFarm’s master chef, Joe Ng create adorable dishes that are worthy of an Instagram shot, but he whips up delicious entrees that have gained a loyal NYC following. Working alongside renowned Chinese food expert, Ed Schoenfeld, RedFarm’s casual, yet innovative Asian entrees are sure to keep you coming back for more.

If you’re looking for something to wash down your Katz’s Pastrami Egg Roll or BBQ Duck Lettuce Wrap, head downstairs to RedFarm’s sister concept, Decoy (529 ½ Hudson Street). Another quality Chinese restaurant, Decoy has a bar with unique handcrafted cocktails. A favorite is their “Sitting Down for Dinner” cocktail made with duck fat-washed George Dickel, lemon, egg white, and red wine. Intrigued? Us too, so head to the West Village to experience it for yourself.
