Vegan chef Stephen McCarty takes eating cake to the next level with his intricately designed edibles made under the name Sukhavati Raw Desserts. Using natural plant and fruit extracts, McCarty hand draws kaleidoscope mandalas on each of his vegan cakes. With flavors like Acai Blueberry Mango Cheesecake and Coconut Lime White Rainbow, McCarty’s cakes taste good, look good, and are good for you – what else could we ask for in a dessert?
